
Group X Classes
Group X classes are instructor-led group workouts designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. These classes cater to any fitness level and are offered in a variety of different formats to meet everyone鈥檚 needs.
Registration Policies
- Participants must pre-register for Group X classes both in-person and virtual. CLASS REGISTRATION ENDS ONE HOUR BEFORE EACH CLASS.
- Each class must have a minimum of 4 people registered 1-hour before the start of each class or the class will be cancelled.
- Register online, in person at the Guest Service station at the Welcome Desk or at the Fitness & Wellness Services Desk or over the phone at 330-672-4732.
- For our virtual classes, participants will receive a Zoom link upon registration confirmation and will be required to login to their account to attend the class.
- Participants can register up to 14 days in advance.
- Please cancel your registration if you are not able to attend.

- Fall Semester Schedule: Sunday, Aug. 17 - Friday, Dec. 12
- Demo Weeks: Sunday, Aug 17 - Saturday, Aug. 30
- Class registration preferred but not required, first come, first serve for classes with limited spacing.
- Fall Break Modified Schedule: Thursday, Oct. 2 - Sunday, Oct. 5
- Finals Week Modified Schedule: Sunday, Dec. 7 - Friday, Dec. 12

Group X Membership
Group X membership includes the following:
- Must have an SRWC membership (semester or longer) to purchase a Group X membership
- Access to our in-person classes. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- Access to our virtual classes. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- $5 Early bird discount on all passes purchased prior to Aug. 31. Does not apply to other Group X membership discounts.

Aqua Deep

Aqua Shallow
Make a splash and move with ease! Aqua Shallow is a lively water workout held in the shallow end of the pool, perfect for all fitness levels. Using the natural resistance of water, you鈥檒l tone muscles, boost cardio, and improve flexibility鈥攁ll while staying supported and low-impact. Barre Fusion (New!)
Meet your new favorite full-body burn! Barre Fusion blends the best of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training into one low-impact, high-reward workout. Using light weights, bodyweight resistance, and small, controlled movements, you鈥檒l target muscles you didn鈥檛 even know you had (hello, glutes and core!). Expect pulsing, stretching, and a little bit of shaking鈥攂ecause that means it鈥檚 working. Chair Yoga

Bend 'N Barre fuses the strength and grace of ballet-inspired barre with the flow and flexibility of yoga. Hip Hop Spin

Glow Spin

Glow Spin '45

Pilates: Mat

Pilates: Sculpt

Zumba
Dance like nobody鈥檚 watching鈥攁nd sweat like everyone鈥檚 cheering! Zumba is a high-energy, dance-party workout that blends upbeat Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Whether you鈥檙e a dancer or just love to move, this class is all about having fun, burning calories, and feeling unstoppable. Bring your smile, your energy, and your groove鈥攂ecause in Zumba, every beat is a celebration!

- Click on your account page.
- You will now add your child as a dependent to register them. If needed, click the 鈥淎dding Family Members to Your account鈥 dropdown below for instructions.

Adding Family Members to Your Account
- Visit and click the Sign In button in the top right.
- Log-in to your account
- Click on username in upper right corner of the screen and select 鈥淧搁翱贵滨尝贰鈥
- Your PROFILE is considered 鈥淗EAD OF FAMILY鈥
- Scroll to the bottom and click on 鈥淎DD FAMILY鈥
- Add information about spouse, partner, and/or children
- Be sure 鈥DEPENDENT鈥 is selected as the relationship for your children.
- Click 鈥沦础痴贰鈥
- Repeat the same process for additional family members
- When finished, scroll to top of page, and select 鈥淩ETURN TO HOME鈥

Registering or Cancelling Registration - RecWell App
Register in KSU RecWell App
- Click on the Group X icon.
- Click the name of the class.
- Click Register Now.
- Login (KSU Flashline or Community).
- Click Date and click Select underneath the time.
- Click Register at the bottom pop-up menu.
- Select family member (if necessary) and click Register.
- Proceed to checkout and then Checkout.
- For payment option, select card (if paying) or Checkout (for no cost).
Cancel Registration in KSU RecWell App
- Click Sign In in the upper right.
- Login (KSU Flashline or Community).
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and select Profile.
- Click on Program Registrations in the drop down menu.
- Scroll to find program and click the 3 dots on the right end of the line and select Cancel Registration.
- Click Confirm.
