Area residents can have water samples tested for free, thanks to a research project being conducted by Dr. Qunxing Ding, associate professor of biology at 5X社区 at East Liverpool. Ding is seeking water samples from areas within city limits, as well as from surrounding communities, for an independent study on water quality. Kent Student Center Programming, part of the Center for Student Involvement, hosted the 13th annual Rock the Runway on March 4. The runway featured 21 collections by 24 designers, many from 5X社区鈥檚 School of Fashion Design and Merchandising.
