- Comprised of Lean Liaisons and Lean Leaders
- Establish Lean Mission and Vision
- Communicate Lean Vision broadly
- Provide information to the Executive Steering Committee
- Request assistance in overcoming obstacles
- Meet monthly to receive project updates and determine project prioritization
- Oversee the operation of the Lean Kent State Office
