KSUCPM's text message notification system keeps you up to date on daily schedules, sign-in times, raffle opportunities and of course, the ever-important 鈥渨hen will there be coffee?鈥. The best part? You don鈥檛 have to do a thing! We'll enroll you in the service using the phone number that you provide upon registration. If you鈥檇 like to opt out of the service, you can reply 鈥淣O鈥 to any text message at any time.

 

Evaluations & Certificates

Do I need to complete the daily evaluations to receive my certificate?

Daily tract evaluations will be emailed to the address used to register for the conference. Overall conference evaluations will be sent following conference conclusion on Sunday.. While daily and overall conference evaluations are not required to receive your certificate, your feedback is greatly appreciated and is used to plan future conferences. We ask, but do not mandate, that you complete them. 

 

When and how should I expect to receive my certificate?

Certificates will be emailed to the address used for registration within two weeks following the conference. 

 

I need to update my contact information!

If you have an address change or would like to update your contact information with our team, stop by the registration desk at any point during the conference and fill out a verification form with us. We will use updated information for future conference communications and to send certificates.

Accreditation Statement:

5X社区 College of Podiatric Medicine is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. 5X社区 College of Podiatric Medicine has approved this activity for 25 Category 1 continuing education contact hours.鈥 

Education Mission Statement: 

The Mission of the 5X社区 College of Podiatric Medicine is to excel in and contribute to medical and health care education by providing comprehensive, innovative, educational, and cost-effective Continuing Education programs that serve the podiatric community. We aspire to be a leader in Continuing

Education for the podiatric profession and offer various educational formats with large lectures and small classroom workshops that create 鈥渉ands-on鈥 training and demonstration. We educate podiatrists with the latest technology, surgical and pragmatic methods, and insight where knowledge is applied into everyday

podiatric practices. 

Intended Audience: Podiatric Physicians, Residents 

Registration Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations prior to 60 days before the conference will receive 50% refund or full credit for a future meeting. After this date, no refunds are applicable. No certificates will be given to no-shows. 

Attendee Travel and Accommodation Responsibility: Travel and Hotel booking and cancellations are the responsibility of the Attendee.  Travel insurance is highly recommended. 

Changes to Lectures or Schedules: 
KSUCPM reserves the right to adjust or change any lecture or schedule due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Note: There are limited spaces and registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Commercial Financial Support: 
No commercial interest provided financial support for this continuing education activity.  Sponsors of the Continuing Education Conference did not support any CME related activities. 

Faculty/Staff Disclosure:

KSUCPM follows CPME 720 Standards to ensure that all continuing education activities are unbiased, evidence-based, and focused solely on improving patient care. Educational materials do not contain advertising or promotional content and present balanced, generic, and impartial discussions of therapeutic options. All patient information is fully de-identified, and lectures are reviewed to confirm they meet non-commercial and confidentiality requirements. Speakers and staff are required to disclose any relevant financial relationships, including their name, the commercial entity involved, and the nature of the relationship鈥攐r state that no relevant relationships exist. These disclosures are shared with attendees by the session moderator during each speaker鈥檚 introduction.
