New flavors debuted in The Hub, inside the Kent Student Center, on March 18 with the grand opening of Bamboo.
Offering an Asian-influenced menu, Bamboo serves a variety of dishes, including customizable ramen bowls, spring rolls, pot stickers, beef and chicken with rice or noodles, and boba beverages.
The grand opening celebration, courtesy of University Culinary Services, included free samples of select menu items.
