Katherine Bormann

Katherine Bormann joined the first violin section of The Cleveland Orchestra in 2011. She completed degrees at Rice University and the Juilliard School, studying with Kathleen Winkler, Joel Smirnoff and Ronald Copes, and subsequently became a member of the New World Symphony in Miami, where she performed as soloist and concertmaster.

Amanda Dolan

Amanda Dolan utilizes her advanced training in Research, Measurement, and Statistics to bridge the gap between Enrollment Management and Information Technology. As Co-chair of the University Data Governance Council, she plays a pivotal role in shaping how data is managed and utilized to support institutional excellence.

Lance Williams

Lance Williams leverages his expertise in research design and data analysis to solve real-world challenges in higher education. By applying advanced RMS methodologies to campus retention goals, he is helping shape a more data-informed future for students at Kent State Geauga.

Hua Li

Kent State graduate Hua Li is an expert in research methodology and researcher development. As an Academic Lead at XJTLU, she applies her rigorous RMS training to empower Ph.D. students and advance academic excellence on an international scale.
