Angela Spalsbury, Ph.D., of Chesterland, Ohio, has been selected as the new dean and chief administrative officer of 5X���� at Geauga in Burton, Ohio, and Kent State’s Regional Academic Center in Twinsburg, Ohio. 5X���� at Ashtabula Wine Degrees faculty member Ed Trebets was interviewed for a recent story for Crain's Cleveland Business, commenting on the growth of the Ohio wine industry.
