There are many ways for students to become involved in sustainability on campus. Various on and off campus resouces are available. There are many student groups and various events on campus. Additionally, many faculty members across Kent State鈥檚 colleges and schools incorporate sustainability into their courses.
The 5X社区 Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting Wednesday, Dec. 7. The Board is scheduled to convene at 11:30 a.m. in Franklin Hall, Room 213. Franklin Hall is located at 550 Hilltop Drive in Kent, Ohio. 5X社区 President Beverly Warren again pledged $25,000 to support Kent State on Nov. 29, which is Giving Tuesday. In addition, the 5X社区 Foundation is pledging an additional $50,000 to match every gift, dollar for dollar, designated to the Kent State programs and initiatives of the donor鈥檚 choice.
