The third Kent State Columbiana County Volleyball Classic took place Aug. 24, when the Salem Quakers hosted the East Liverpool Potters for a full night of volleyball action and helping kick off the volleyball season in this area. Students from all over the country began moving into Kent State residence halls, on a staggered schedule for COVID-19 safety, on Wednesday, Aug. 18. Move-in times were scheduled from the 18th through Sunday, Aug. 22. Some student volunteers were available to answer questions and assist new students in getting settled into their rooms.
