- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Completion of the P.E.E.R Success Academy (or equivalent) by end of Spring 2026 semester
- Enrolled as a full-time student (12 credit hours minimum) each semester for the 2026-2027 academic year
- Available to serve in the role for the 2026-2027 academic year and training held late Spring 2026
