Pinning Ceremony Held for Salem BSN Graduates

Kent State at Salem held its fall nursing convocation and pinning ceremony during which students received their nursing pins and recited the nursing pledge. All are receiving degrees this year through the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on the Salem Campus. 

Recognized were December 2025 graduates that include Isabella Baird, Makenna Coie, Caitlyn McTrusty, Cheyenne Peckham, Sundra Sacconi and Nina Wilps, as well as Spring 2026 graduates Jordan Kyser and Kennedy Seaman. 

Program Coordinator Lorene Martin presented the Kent State College of Nursing Community Impact Award to Isabella Baird, recognizing her involvement with numerous community outreach projects. She is the only student from the Kent State College of Nursing to receive this award this semester.
